Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the downloadable nature of our products WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for any reason. Your credit card statement will reference “PPM DOCS” as the billing party, or “BEACH TURNKEYS” on your PayPal statement:

A) We do not accept returns. Once your payment is approved and processed, you have immediate access to the product via our shopping cart system.

B) If you have some type of software or hardware limitation we will email you the files, upon being notified of your limitation. If you cannot receive email we will send you the files via U.S. mail. 

C) If you have any problems please use our LiveHelp system to get help from our staff.
