PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

1. OVERVIEW

This Advertising Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Beach Turnkeys, Inc. (hereinafter "Beach Turnkeys" or "PPM DOCS") and you, and is made effective as of the date of electronic acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of our Advertising Services (the “Services”), and represents the entire agreement between you and Beach Turnkeys™ concerning the subject matter hereof. Your charge statement will show PPM DOCS as the charging entity. However, you may also see a line for Beach Turnkeys.

Your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions Policy, and our Privacy Policy, located on this website, which is incorporated herein by this reference, and any other agreements or policies that are expressly incorporated herein.

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to Beach Turnkeys™ and PPM Docs, owned and operated by Beach Turnkeys, Inc. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

2. SERVICES & CHARGES

The Services enable attorneys and other professionals to advertise their services to our website visitors. The advertisement will display for 30 days on our PPM Docs™ webpage within the specific page that you choose and will renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled.

The charges are on a monthly subscription through 'Stripe™' Credit Card Processing and can be cancelled at anytime by using our 'Cancellation' page in our 'Advertising' section.

It is understood that Beach Turnkeys™ makes no guarantee that our visitors will click your ad or that they will purchase your products or services.

3. PROHIBITED ADVERTISING

This service is for attorneys, CPA's, auditors, Investment Bankers, and other licensed professionals only. All other ads will be removed and due to the time and effort to discover and repair the breach NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

4. REFUNDS

Your advertising account is setup immediately following your payment and your advertising will begin distribution to the PPM Docs State Listing webpage, after propagation (within 24 hours). We do not give refunds on your monthly fee after it is paid.

5. CANCELLATION

If you do not wish to continue your advertising please cancel your monthly subscription by using our 'Cancellation' page located in our 'Advertising' section. After we receive your cancellation notice we will promptly cancel your ad.

6. PRIVACY

We do not store your personal credit card information on our website. Your payment information is kept secure by STRIPE™. Your personal data is subject to our 'Privacy Policy.' Please read our Privacy Policy before you purchase. By purchasing this service you are agreeing that you have read our Privacy Policy and you approve and agree to the terms of the policy.

7. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You expressly agree and acknowledge that, except as modified by this Agreement, your use of the Services is subject to the entirety of our Universal Terms of Service, and specifically those sections governing Beach Turnkeys' Limitation of Liability and your obligations of Indemnification arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

8. JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any and all legal remedies shall be sought in the State of Florida.
